I have a 'new to me' author today. Sarah Mayberry. I picked up Book 1 of her Carmody Family series. It's not often I get book one in a series in my BookBub email. I'll be sharing other 'firsts' I've found this week.
But first, the lady of the week:
Sarah
Mayberry is the award-winning, best-selling author of more than 40 books. She
has always known she wanted to be an author, picking up a love of romance
novels from both her grandmothers. She has a bachelor of arts in writing, and
worked in magazines and television before getting her first book published in
2004.
She lives by the bay in Melbourne, Australia, with her husband and a small, black dog called Max. She loves reading, cooking, shopping for shoes, sewing and avoiding gardening.
When she’s not writing romance, Sarah works as a script writer and story consultant in the television and film industry. She has written over 100 hours of network television, and is co-creator of teen drama series Karaoke High. She is currently developing a TV series and a feature film screenplay.
As you see, she is a busy lady and as you'll note from the BOOK LIST on her website, she's extremely talented.
