 Good morning, readers!

I have a great author for you to meet this week. She has given me something (though minimal) to work with.

BIO:

A cat person who owns a dog - how did that happen? Brooke is a writer of cozy small town romance, cats with attitude and places with a touch of magic. Brooke often gets lost in the worlds she writes and the characters she finds there.

REVIEW WEDNESDAY - Golden Days of Autumnville

 Good morning, readers.

Another short read today, only eighty-five pages. 

Golden Days of Autumnville just sings autumn, right? Leaves are turning to 'golden', the air carries a crispness of 'autumn'....

This was a book I definitely wanted to include in the September Reads series.

I loved the story. Maple Reed is great with description and putting you IN Autumnville. She paints a picture I could see in any Hallmark movie and I think while this book is only eighty-five pages, I think formatting a script from the length would be a challenge but I'm not sure how she could flesh the story out into a longer length without feeling like the words were just added filler. I would read more from Maple Reed.

My only problem with the story was the formatting. She needs to learn how to format a book. If you are going to join the ranks of Indie Authors, learn the things that make your book the best book ever. 

I'd love to introduce her to Publish & Thrive where she can learn all the ins and outs to make her books stellar. 

For the formatting as a huge issue, I'm giving Golden Days in Autumnville...
